AI for Procurement
Sourcing, purchasing and supply-chain teams.
Supplier research and market intelligence, contract review, RFQ and RFP drafting, spend and quote analysis in Excel, supplier follow-up.
Delivered to four teams since March 2026.

Hands-on Microsoft Copilot workshops for procurement and for sales & marketing teams, built on examples from the participants' own work.
Procurement team, on-site session, 2026
Delivered to teams at 3D-printing, precision-sensor, aerospace and enterprise-software companies.
Why a workshop
Most organisations we meet have Microsoft 365 with Copilot. The procurement team knows the tools exist. The supplier survey still takes three hours and the contract review four, because no one has shown them how to do their work with Copilot.

How a session runs
We start with the foundations of AI and Copilot, practise the team's main tasks, and finish by building a first agent for a task each participant chooses.
Two tracks
Every topic is taught on Microsoft Copilot. Where it is part of the agreed scope, the team also receives a prompt library that we wrote for its function.

Sales, customer-management and marketing teams.
Account intelligence you can defend line by line, prospecting and outreach, meeting preparation and follow-up, proposals and client decks, RFP and RFI responses, account expansion and technical marketing content.
What participants report
Times reported by a twelve-person procurement team on their own tasks during the session. Observations from one session, not a controlled comparison.
“The AI workshop was excellent: procurement-focused and highly applicable. The combination of examples from our own world, real-time practice and guidance throughout turned AI from something abstract into a real working tool. The team left with practical tools they could apply immediately in their daily work.”
“I learned how to formulate effective prompts, understand the real capabilities of Copilot, and see direct applications in sourcing activities. The procurement-specific examples made everything immediately relevant.”

What a team leaves with
Every tool tried in the room, on examples from the team’s own work.
What AI and Copilot can do in the team's work, and where to be careful.
Every tool tried in the room.
Where included in the agreed scope: prompts for the tasks the team does most, ready to reuse.
Built in the session, for a task the participant chooses.
Optional: a follow-up adoption programme, measured by use in daily work four weeks later.
When the team is ready to change the process itself, the next step is to take one workflow to a number finance signs, through an applied intelligence sprint (3–6 weeks) or an operational diagnostic (2–4 weeks).

Before you ask
That is the team the workshop was designed for. By the end of the session, every participant has tried each tool themselves. The value holds for teams that already use AI too, because the examples come from their own work.
The workshop runs on Microsoft Copilot, so participants need access to it. Before the session we check which Copilot licences the team has and adapt the exercises to them.
Yes. Before the session, we build the examples and exercises from your organisation's own work. So far the workshop has run for teams at 3D-printing, precision-sensor, aerospace and enterprise-software companies.
Tell us the function, the size of the team and the tools they already have. You receive a proposal built on your own work: scope, agenda, and the people who will run it.
